A single-text app for the Rigveda, the oldest of the four Vedas and the oldest surviving text in any Indo-European language.
The Rigveda is a collection of over a thousand hymns arranged in ten mandalas, composed for recitation and preserved orally for centuries before being written down. Reading it is a different activity from reading the epics or the Gita — the hymns are addressed to deities, dense with imagery, and are approached a few at a time rather than read through.
An app dedicated to it alone suits that pattern. Navigation is by mandala and sukta, so a specific hymn can be found directly, and there is nothing else in the app competing for attention.
