Genshin Impact is an open-world action RPG set in Teyvat, a world of seven nations each tied to an element. You explore on foot, by climbing and by gliding, solving environmental puzzles and fighting with a party of four characters you swap between mid-combat to chain elemental reactions.
The game is free to play and funded by an optional gacha system for new characters and weapons. Progress and purchases carry across Windows, Android and iOS on one account, and major story and region updates land on a regular patch cycle.
